Publication Charges
Submitting and reviewing are free. A single article processing charge (APC), in US dollars, is invoiced only after your paper is accepted.
There is no charge to submit a manuscript or to have it reviewed. If your paper is accepted, the journal's article processing charge (APC) is invoiced with the acceptance email, together with the payment details.
The charge covers copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, hosting and long-term archiving. Rejected papers are never invoiced.
